Anne James
(formerly of Surrey County Council Early Years Department)
Since qualifying as a teacher in 1991 I have worked in Early Years and Childcare Service and primary settings advising early years settings on how to maintain quality, supporting additional needs, supporting families and providing training.
In 2011 I competed my MA in Child-Centred Interprofessional Practice and for the last four years have overseen the improvement in outcomes for children across the local authority.
I recently joined with two colleagues to form a training and consultancy business for those working in the early education and childcare sector.
